What is the Trade/Cash Rate Policy?

Trade & Cash Rate Policy

At Diamond Hand Collectibles, we strive to offer fair, transparent, and competitive rates when purchasing or trading for collectibles. Our rates are based on current market conditions and may be adjusted at any time.

How Our Rates Work

We offer two types of payouts:

💵 Cash Offers

Cash offers are paid out via agreed payment method (e.g., PayPal, cash, etc.) and are typically a percentage of the item’s current market value.

🔄 Trade Value

Trade offers are higher than cash offers and are issued as store credit or applied toward items in our inventory.

Market Value Determination

All offers are based on current market value, which may include:

  • Recent sold listings on platforms such as eBay
  • Condition of the item (centering, edges, surface, corners)
  • Market demand and liquidity
  • Authenticity and grading (if applicable)

We reserve the right to determine market value at our discretion to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.

Condition & Evaluation

  • All items are evaluated based on condition at the time of review
  • Raw cards are assessed conservatively and may not reflect potential grading outcomes
  • Graded cards are valued based on their assigned grade and current market demand

Rate Guidelines

  • Rates vary depending on item type, condition, and demand
  • Higher-end items and graded cards may receive stronger offers
  • Bulk or lower-value items may receive reduced percentages due to processing time and resale difficulty

Important Notes

  • Rates are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations
  • Final offers may differ from initial estimates after full evaluation
  • We reserve the right to decline any item for any reason
  • By accepting an offer, you agree to the terms provided at the time of the transaction

  4. We will review and respond with an offer as quickly as possible

Are trades final?

Yes — all trades are considered final once both parties have agreed to the terms and the transaction has been completed.

We encourage all customers to carefully review items, condition, and trade details before finalizing any trade. If you have questions or need additional information, please ask prior to completing the transaction.

In the rare case of an issue, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to review the situation.

When will I get my order?

When will I receive my cash or trade value?

Once an offer is accepted, payment or trade value is typically issued within 24–48 hours after items have been received, inspected, and verified.

For shipped transactions, this timeline begins once your items are delivered to us. For local meetups, payment or trade is usually completed on the spot.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, item verification, and the agreed payment method.

How do I book an event?


To book an event, please email us with your event details (date, location, duration, and type of event). We will confirm availability and provide next steps.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Availability may be limited, especially on weekends.

Payment terms will be discussed during booking. A deposit may be required to secure your date.

Private event services start at $50 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Final pricing may vary based on event size, location, and specific requests.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation. Details will be provided during booking.

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, depending on availability.
