Trading cards (graded, raw, and sealed)
Collectible sealed products and related accessories

All items are sold as collectibles, not as investments or gambling products.

3. Item Descriptions & Condition

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph all items. However:

Minor variations in color, print quality, or condition may occur
Grading is provided by third‑party companies (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) and reflects their independent opinions
We do not guarantee future grade accuracy, value, or resale potential

All items are sold as described and pictured.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed or shipped
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
Diamond Hand Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing an order, you agree that:

Most collectible items (including graded cards and sealed products) are final sale
Returns are accepted only under limited circumstances as outlined in the policy

7. Sealed Products Disclaimer

Sealed products are sold as‑is. Diamond Hand Collectibles does not guarantee pull rates, contents, odds, or outcomes.

By purchasing sealed items, you acknowledge:

The inherent randomness of sealed collectibles
That product value may vary widely upon opening

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Shipping insurance may be used at our discretion.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Diamond Hand Collectibles directly to resolve any issues prior to filing:

Chargebacks
Payment disputes
Platform claims

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

Order cancellation
Account restriction
Permanent refusal of future service

10. Intellectual Property
