At Diamond Hand Collectibles, we are committed to packing and shipping your collectibles safely and securely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [1-5 business days] after payment is received
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as:

Shipping Rates

Packaging & Protection
- All cards are packaged securely using industry‑standard protection
- Graded cards, raw cards, and sealed products are packed to minimize movement and damage
- High‑value orders may include signature confirmation or insurance at our discretion
Shipping Insurance
- Insurance may be included or added to orders at our discretion
- If insurance is declined at checkout (when offered), Diamond Hand Collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages
Delivery Responsibility
- Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer
- Diamond Hand Collectibles is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error are not eligible for refund
- Returned shipments due to address issues may incur additional shipping charges
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost:
- Allow reasonable transit time for the carrier
- Contact us with your order number
- We will assist with initiating a carrier inquiry or insurance claim when applicable
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions are outside our control.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged:

- The damaged item
- All packaging materials
- The shipping label
- Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved

Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped
