Order Processing Time

  • Graded cards, raw cards, and sealed products are packed to minimize movement and damage

  • If insurance is declined at checkout (when offered), Diamond Hand Collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages

Delivery Responsibility

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer
  • Diamond Hand Collectibles is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error are not eligible for refund
  • Returned shipments due to address issues may incur additional shipping charges

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  3. We will assist with initiating a carrier inquiry or insurance claim when applicable

Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions are outside our control.
